Oxford’s Centre for Early Modern Studies is an interdisciplinary hub for Oxford Humanities researchers working in the period 1500-1800 across different languages and regions of the world. CEMS is run by a Director and a Steering Committee with representatives from each contributing faculty. The Steering Committee represents individual faculty interests and plans collective, interdisciplinary CEMS events.
